Mental Health Support
Parental Minds gives support to families who are struggling with their mental health. We believe that the parental voice is vital when families are living with mental health issues; this under pins all our work.

Parent+ Support Hub

The Parent+ Support Hub is for caregivers who support family, friends or colleagues with mental health issues.

Volunteers

Everyone who volunteers at Parent+ has lived experience, we have all supported family members who become overwhelmed by their emotions. We also have an advisory board of professionals and work closely with local and national mental health services and networks.
