Support Plan

Parent+ understand that being a Parent/Caregiver of someone with mental ill-health can feel overwhelming and exhausting. It can often be difficult to find local services and support to meet your family’s needs. We use the information provided on our registration form to formulate a Bespoke Support Plan for your family.

Your Support Plan

Your Support Plan will help prioritise your needs and will enable us to help you tackle one thing at a time. Each plan covers the following areas:

  • Emotional support for parents/carers
  • Information on mental health issues
  • Educational needs
  • Financial needs

  • Sharing insights on relevant services

Each section of the support plan is tailored to your needs and includes:

  • Links to useful information about your loved one’s mental health issues
  • Contact details of local/National Educational Services that can support your loved-one’s needs
